Refund and Exchange Policy:
At CocoMama Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Wrong Size or Wrong Item Ordered:
If you order the wrong item, you may exchange it for the correct product. A shipping fee of PKR 199 will apply for the exchange. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels.
2. Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify, please provide clear images and videos showing the defect. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days upon verification.
3. Exchanges for Non-Defective Items:
If you are unsatisfied with a non-defective product, refunds will not be issued. However, you may exchange the product for another item of equal value from our store.
